We just added a new class to our group exercise schedule and it starts this week!
Thursday from 3-4p!
Triple 20s
Three workouts in one! The class is designed to give you a
total body workout. Sweat through 20 minutes of low impact cardio,
20 minutes of low impact strength training, and finish it off with 20 minutes
of low impact stretching and core work.
This low impact class is part of our new partnership with the Ft Wayne Parks & Recs Dept and we are SUPER EXCITED to bring it to you!!
