Class Time Changes:

*BodyPump on Sunday's at 4pm is now officially on the schedule! Thanks to all who have come the last few weeks and made this class a success!
*BodyPump added Monday mornings at 10am.
*New class format on Thursdays at 5:30pm! Step Intervals! What is it?
This class utilizes recovery intervals, high- and low-impact aerobics, step aerobics and resistance training. This class has something for everyone. If you're looking for a change in your regimen, step interval training is a step in the right direction. (1 Hour)
